Esta es una receta s\u00faper f\u00e1cil que armoniza los elementos principales de dos platos culturales. Cambi\u00e9 la pasta de curry rojo por el ketchup y la leche de coco reducida en grasa por el agua. Si tiene problemas cardiovasculares importantes, puede utilizar agua o leche de soja en lugar de la leche de coco. Tambi\u00e9n cambi\u00e9 el tocino o el jam\u00f3n que tradicionalmente usaba mi familia por pechuga de pollo a la parrilla, asada en una parrilla George Foreman.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de cocinar el plato durante un rato, puedes a\u00f1adir otra cucharada del curry rojo si no est\u00e1 lo suficientemente picante o a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s leche de coco u otra si est\u00e1 demasiado picante.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 11 oz. bolsa de guisantes frescos sin c\u00e1scara o el equivalente a los congelados o enlatados<\/li>\n<li>1 pechuga de pollo a la parrilla cortada en trozos peque\u00f1os, del tama\u00f1o de un bocado<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de caldo de pollo sin sal y \u00bd-1 m\u00e1s en caso de que se seque<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de leche de coco reducida en grasas -
