un maravilloso olor cuando lo cocine.&nbsp;  El sabor es igual de bueno.&nbsp;  El curry pakistan\u00ed es diferente del tailand\u00e9s y en ocasiones hemos probado un plato llamado <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Curry#Thailand\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">curry tailand\u00e9s<\/a> que sab\u00eda m\u00e1s bien a&nbsp; un curry indio.&nbsp;  El curry tailand\u00e9s es m\u00e1s dulce, pero ambos son realmente deliciosos.<\/p>\n<p>Decid\u00ed jugar al arque\u00f3logo y empezar con una receta india, ya que es la <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Curry#Origins_and_dissemination\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">base de todos los currys<\/a> y de gran parte del sabor tailand\u00e9s.&nbsp;&nbsp;  Intent\u00e9 hacer una especie de ingenier\u00eda inversa del sabor de algunos de los primeros platos tailandeses a\u00f1adiendo algunos ingredientes nativos de foto.&nbsp;  En la parte posterior hay una receta que me sirvi\u00f3 de inspiraci\u00f3n.&nbsp;  Los ingredientes que cambi\u00e9 fueron algunos de los poco saludables como el ghee o el aceite vegetal.&nbsp;  Acabo de cambiar por una cantidad igual de aceite de oliva.&nbsp;  Tambi\u00e9n utilic\u00e9 6 chiles verdes tailandeses picados y pulverizados con un mortero en lugar de los chiles
