verde oscuro con una carne naranja brillante en su interior.  &nbsp;Lo que me encanta de la kabocha es que puedo utilizar casi todas sus partes.  &nbsp;La carne es dulce y la piel es comestible una vez cocinada.  &nbsp;Por \u00faltimo, puedo hornear las semillas para un aperitivo.  &nbsp;Se puede encontrar la kabocha en la mayor\u00eda de las tiendas de comestibles de Asain, pero organismo.  &nbsp;Tiene un alto contenido en betacaroteno, que nuestro cuerpo puede convertir en vitamina A, y es bueno para la piel, el cabello y la vista.  &nbsp;Adem\u00e1s, la vitamina A&nbsp;es
