 Siempre elegimos pan plano de corteza fina y de trigo integral si podemos por los beneficios para la salud y el sabor.&nbsp;  Para esta receta, la hicimos un poco m\u00e1s gourmet usando la salchicha gourmet de inspiraci\u00f3n tailandesa hecha por Olympia Provisions.&nbsp;  Esta empresa ya no la fabrica.<\/p>\n<p>Hice un post usando la salchicha con fideos salteados que publicamos hace una semana.&nbsp;  Personalmente me gusta mucho m\u00e1s este, pero siempre me gusta la pizza.&nbsp;  Mi mujer dio en el clavo al conseguir los ingredientes justos para complementar la salchicha.&nbsp;  La pizza tiene un sabor tailand\u00e9s muy marcado que sabes que es de verdad porque mi esposa tailandesa lo invent\u00f3.&nbsp;  No siempre es as\u00ed con las recetas tailandesas.&nbsp;  Anoche comimos en Buffalo Wild Wings, y cuando mi mujer prob\u00f3 sus alitas al curry tailand\u00e9s, dijo que sab\u00eda m\u00e1s a curry indio.&nbsp;  Hay una diferencia significativa, y yo tambi\u00e9n la prob\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Dar a la pizza el sabor tailand\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>Tuvimos una discusi\u00f3n bastante intensa por tel\u00e9fono tratando de averiguar los ingredientes perfectos para complementar la salchicha Sai Ua.&nbsp;
