Tiene principalmente el dulzor de la salsa de soja oscura y el az\u00facar. El Pad See Ew suele prepararse sin ning\u00fan ingrediente picante, a no ser que se quiera a\u00f1adir despu\u00e9s. En Tailandia, te servir\u00edan el Pad See Ew con un conjunto de escamas de chile tailand\u00e9s, vinagre o lima, az\u00facar y salsa de pescado al lado, para que puedas sazonar los fideos a tu See Ew Noodles with Chicken?<\/h3>\n<p>Como he mencionado antes, el Pad See Ew original se cocina normalmente con carne de cerdo, pero yo eleg\u00ed cocinar mi Pad See Ew con pollo en su lugar porque la pechuga de pollo (sin piel) siempre aporta menos calor\u00edas y colesterol que las otras partes del pollo.  &nbsp;Pero si insiste en cocinar el Pad See Ew con carne de cerdo, le recomiendo que utilice un corte magro como el solomillo o la chuleta de lomo porque contiene menos grasa y calor\u00edas en comparaci\u00f3n con las otras partes del cerdo.  &nbsp;Para eliminar el colesterol, quito
