con sobrepeso en fisioterapia que estaba en una clase de diabetes.&nbsp;  Me dijo que en realidad existe una clasificaci\u00f3n de las salsas para pizza en funci\u00f3n del \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico.&nbsp;  Nos saltamos totalmente las salsas para pizza y nos limitamos a una salsa de tomate combinada con Sriracha, que tiene un poco de az\u00facar, pero no mucho en comparaci\u00f3n
