Me hizo mucha ilusi\u00f3n porque me gustan mucho los fideos, y pens\u00e9 que esto podr\u00eda ser una soluci\u00f3n para despedirme del mal h\u00e1bito de los fideos ramen. El sabor y la textura no me gustaron. Pero de todos modos, soy un acaparador de comida, y no tiro mis alimentos mientras sean comestibles especialmente los de alto valor nutritivo (28 gramos de prote\u00edna fo por paquete) de la <em>asi\u00e1tica Explore<\/em> adem\u00e1s de que sus productos son veganos, sin gluten, sin conservantes, sin MSG, y sin OGM. Pens\u00e9 que estar\u00eda bien si condimentaba los espaguetis de soja con un poco de chile seco y a\u00f1ad\u00eda algunas verduras y carne, ya que hab\u00edan venido con la salsa de tomate. Eleg\u00ed ingredientes que eran f\u00e1ciles de encontrar como la cebolla amarilla, el ceboll\u00edn, el champi\u00f1\u00f3n campe\u00f3n y el chile de ojo de p\u00e1jaro seco (puedes usar Chile de \u00c1rbol seco para sustituirlo) para la receta. Dir\u00eda que mi misi\u00f3n est\u00e1 cumplida. Me ha gustado y lo he disfrutado m\u00e1s de lo que pensaba. Despu\u00e9s del ajuste, los espaguetis de soja sab\u00edan mucho mejor y, por alguna raz\u00f3n, la textura tambi\u00e9n mejor\u00f3. Puede ser un calor directo de la estufa a la sart\u00e9n, o el jugo del pollo y las verduras absorbido a ella.
