Desde que nos mudamos a Houston, ya casi no vamos a BJ's y antes \u00edbamos casi semanalmente. Descubrimos que hay novedades en el men\u00fa, as\u00ed que decidimos probar un par de ellas. Intent\u00e9 reconocer el sabor y los ingredientes mientras lo com\u00eda. Ten\u00eda un sabor a Sriracha (por supuesto), a crema (quiz\u00e1s a mayonesa), a dulzura (a miel). Me dije a m\u00ed mismo que esta misi\u00f3n era pan comido. No me gusta cocinar comida frita en casa. Esto no significa que no coma comida frita, pero no me gusta el olor grasiento y aceitoso que queda en toda la casa despu\u00e9s de la cocci\u00f3n. As\u00ed que convert\u00ed mi col de Bruselas picante en una versi\u00f3n al horno. Es picante, pero no demasiado, con la dulzura oculta de la miel y la crema espesa de mayonesa con aceite de oliva en ella. Tambi\u00e9n le a\u00f1ad\u00ed un poco de tocino de pavo para darle m\u00e1s textura crujiente. La salsa en s\u00ed es incre\u00edble.
