No se trata del pollo, sino de c\u00f3mo lo preparas. Las alas, los muslos y las piernas de pollo a la parrilla son una de mis comidas favoritas. Me gustan las carnes asadas, as\u00ed que esta receta se hace con horno.<\/p>\n<h4>Elegir el pollo adecuado<\/h4>\n<p>Compr\u00e9 muslos de pollo en un supermercado. La raz\u00f3n por la que eleg\u00ed los muslos es porque no son demasiado peque\u00f1os como las alas ni demasiado grandes como los muslos. En la cocina tailandesa, lo utilizamos fresco para saltear o hacer sopa y en polvo para marinar la carne.
