Gracias a Adam por apoyar el no comer carne cuando estaba cerca de m\u00ed (aunque se olvidaba de ello y me llamaba durante sus viajes al supermercado y me preguntaba si quer\u00eda algo de carne).<\/p>\n<p>Me sent\u00eda intimidada cuando cocinaba comida vegetariana. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Creo que podr\u00eda tratarse de mis papilas gustativas; est\u00e1n acostumbradas a la carne. \u00a1Bu! Fui a una tienda de comestibles cerca de mi casa y encontr\u00e9 bok choy fresco. \u00a1\u00a1\u00a1S\u00ed!!! El bok choy es una de las verduras asi\u00e1ticas que podemos encontrar en todas las tiendas de comestibles en los EE.UU. Es bueno para salteados, sopas, al vapor, o simplemente para comerlo fresco. El bok choy es una verdura econ\u00f3mica con altos nutrientes como la vitamina C, el f\u00f3sforo, el calcio, el hierro, la fibra y el betacaroteno.<\/p>\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n, eleg\u00ed saltear bok choy porque estaba s\u00faper hambriento, y quer\u00eda algo r\u00e1pido para saciar mi hambre. \u00a1S\u00ed!
