Me encanta cocinarlos y comerlos. Una noche mi marido lleg\u00f3 a casa con unas bolsas de la compra, y en esas bolsas hay unos paquetes que me llamaron la atenci\u00f3n. Son espaguetis de frijoles negros org\u00e1nicos. Ya he probado algunos de estos tipos de fideos y espaguetis.  <!--more-->Son una comida lista para comer (ya cocida y mezclada con la salsa en un paquete). No me gustaron. Porque los espaguetis estaban sin cocer, lo que significaba que pod\u00eda crear la receta y hacer lo que quisiera con los espaguetis. Explore Asian era la marca de los espaguetis de jud\u00edas negras que utilizamos para nuestra receta. S\u00f3lo tiene frijoles negros y agua como ingredientes. \u00a1Esto es incre\u00edble! Tiene un peque\u00f1o toque de salsa Sriracha que no es demasiado picante ni demasiado sosa. En esta receta he a\u00f1adido pollo. Si eres vegetariano puedes omitirlo y sustituirlo por otra cosa. Si te preocupan las prote\u00ednas y eres vegano, las prote\u00ednas ya est\u00e1n en los fideos.
