Finalmente, encontr\u00e9 una receta que me pareci\u00f3 atractiva. Se llama Ensalada de Camarones con Fresas. Guard\u00e9 la receta en mi lista de cocina durante un tiempo hasta que lleg\u00f3 el momento perfecto. He adaptado la receta para que se ajuste a lo que tenemos en Estados Unidos y tambi\u00e9n he cambiado un poco el ali\u00f1o para que sea perfecto para el gusto de todos. Ten\u00eda br\u00f3coli en la nevera y no quer\u00eda desperdiciar los tallos. La ensalada tailandesa de fresas y melocotones es tan fresca y llena de sabor. Tiene un sabor dulce por la fresa y el melocot\u00f3n, agrio por el zumo de lima, picante por el jalape\u00f1o y salado por la salsa de pescado. D\u00e9jalo hervir un par de minutos, aclara el agua caliente y pasa el br\u00f3coli a un bol peque\u00f1o y llena el bol con algunos cubitos de hielo y agua fr\u00eda. Para mantener el tallo de br\u00f3coli crujiente.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Limpia las gambas, qu\u00edtales el caparaz\u00f3n y s\u00e1cales la vena. Llenar de agua la misma olla. Calienta la olla y a\u00f1ade las gambas limpias cuando el agua est\u00e9 hirviendo. Apaga el fuego cuando las gambas est\u00e9n cocidas (blancas y opacas) y aclara el agua caliente. D\u00e9jalo a un lado.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Lavar y cortar la fresa (4 trozos para 1 fresa).<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Lavar y pelar la piel del melocot\u00f3n y cortarlo en trozos peque\u00f1os (tama\u00f1o de un bocado).<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">A\u00f1ade todos los ingredientes de la ensalada (gambas, fresa, melocot\u00f3n, tallo de br\u00f3coli, jalape\u00f1o sin semillas, hojas de menta, cebolla verde) en un bol grande y vierte el ali\u00f1o sobre los ingredientes de la ensalada.
