La ensalada ven\u00eda con algunas frutas pero sin carne ni prote\u00ednas. La quinoa es un alimento cardiosaludable con un alto nivel de nutrientes. En cuanto al contenido de grasa, s\u00f3lo se necesitan 63 calor\u00edas de quinoa para aportar 1 gramo de grasa y 350 calor\u00edas de trigo integral para 1 gramo de grasa. Pero la grasa de la quinoa es una grasa saludable que es grasa monoinsaturada (\u00e1cido oleico) y una peque\u00f1a cantidad de \u00e1cido graso omega-3. Es una excelente fuente de sustituci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas.
