El verano es una gran estaci\u00f3n para las frutas y verduras; pomelos, sand\u00edas, ciruelas, bayas, melocotones. Los melocotones parecen ser la fruta de aspecto y olor m\u00e1s abrumadoramente maravillosos que llaman mi atenci\u00f3n en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o. Aunque podemos comprar melocotones pr\u00e1cticamente todo el a\u00f1o, es mejor cuando es de temporada.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->  Es menos costoso, es fresco y tiene mejor sabor. El aroma a melocot\u00f3n es una de mis fragancias frutales favoritas. Huele tan bien cuando voy al supermercado y paso por la secci\u00f3n de productos frescos. Puedes pensar que si los melocotones huelen bien, entonces deber\u00eda estar bien. Los buenos melocotones que est\u00e1n listos para comer deben tener un color amarillo o dorado en su piel; el color rojo est\u00e1 bien siempre que no sea p\u00e1lido. Evite los que tienen color verde. Uno con bebida de leche de coco (para m\u00ed), y otro con leche de coco para cocinar (para Adam). La raz\u00f3n por la que hicimos dos versiones fue porque no quer\u00eda tantas calor\u00edas en mi bebida (la leche de coco lite tiene m\u00e1s calor\u00edas que la bebida de leche de coco), pero Adam no se preocup\u00f3 por ello. Dijo que ha estado entrenando mucho y que necesita m\u00e1s calor\u00edas. A continuaci\u00f3n, la receta que hice para m\u00ed.
