Esta noche he optado por el curry panang, una salsa de pizza org\u00e1nica con un \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico m\u00e1s bajo y unos champi\u00f1ones, pasta de albahaca y un aceite de albahaca para el wok, y s\u00f3lo me ha llevado unos 10 minutos prepararlo todo mientras se calentaba el horno.<\/p>\n<p>Yo opt\u00e9 por una corteza fina de trigo integral que encontr\u00e9 en Target la semana pasada y que ten\u00eda forma cuadrada. Yo siempre opto por la masa fina porque la pizza tiene muchas calor\u00edas tal y como est\u00e1. Puedes ajustar la cantidad de albahaca y curry que a\u00f1ades en funci\u00f3n de lo que sepas que te gustan los sabores. El curry tiende a ser lo m\u00e1s picante en la comida tailandesa, as\u00ed que si no te gusta el factor picante, puedes elegir la mitad del curry.
