Otra cosa que he notado es que ninguno de ellos dice realmente recomendado, dicen mejor opci\u00f3n, bueno o evitar lo que me dice que si lo vas a hacer ve por este camino. Se basa en muchas variables, no s\u00f3lo en el n\u00famero de una especie en la naturaleza, aunque es una variable importante.<\/p>\n<p>EL TEMA DEL COLESTEROL.... Ahora tengo que abordar el tema del colesterol y que esto puede no ser la mejor opci\u00f3n para alguien con colesterol alto o al borde del colesterol alto y que puede haber una mejor sustituci\u00f3n. Una cosa que he hecho en el pasado, y que fue absolutamente deliciosa, fue usar platija y luego hacer la salsa de langostinos primero y pobrarla sobre la platija en una sart\u00e9n aceitada y cocinarla r\u00e1pidamente a fuego medio-alto de 5 a 10 minutos hasta que se ennegrezca un poco. Querr\u00e1 conocer su  <span data-ft=\"{\"tn\":\"K\"}\"><span class=\"UFICommentBody\">colesterol, ya que tiene un alto contenido de \u00e9ste.
