Tan intensa fue la misi\u00f3n, de hecho, que ambos estamos de acuerdo en que puede que hayamos intuido de d\u00f3nde viene la frase \"cabeza de cerdo\", ya que mi mujer se impacientaba mientras yo intentaba grabar el proceso y lo \u00fanico que quer\u00eda era comer su maldita sopa.  <!--more-->  Sabes que pueden ser m\u00e1s geniales que la media cuando puedes decir algo as\u00ed sin empezar una pelea. Me est\u00e1 viendo escribir mientras hablamos. Notar\u00e1 sutiles diferencias en la forma en que los tailandeses toman esta sopa que reflejan el estilo de los ingredientes m\u00e1s comunes en Tailandia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">De todos modos, creo que habla de lo buena que es esta receta y que vale la pena probarla para otras personas, que es por lo que se me ocurri\u00f3 probar en este blog en primer lugar. Los ingredientes son f\u00e1ciles de conseguir en su mayor parte y casi todo lo que no puede encontrar en su supermercado local se puede encontrar en l\u00ednea, incluyendo amazon. Si utilizas el portal de la derecha desde esta pantalla estar\u00e1s ayudando a sostener este blog de hecho ya que una peque\u00f1a parte vuelve a nosotros.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">INGREDIENTES:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Aproximadamente 1 libra de pollo o pescado magro completamente molido para poder hacer peque\u00f1as bolas con \u00e9l.<\/li>\n<li>Envoltorios de won-ton totalmente naturales, hechos con grano 100% integral si los encuentras.<\/li>\n<li>1 manojo de cebollas verdes.<\/li>\n<li>1 cabeza de bok choy o espinacas si no puedes conseguir las primeras.<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla mediana picada en trozos del tama\u00f1o de \u00bd d\u00f3lar para endulzar la sopa.<\/li>\n<li>Huevo crudo para usar como pegamento para que los envoltorios de won-ton mantengan su forma.<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de pimienta negra.<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz para mantener el pollo unido.<\/li>\n<li>Para la sopa:\n<ul>\n<li>Salsa de soja baja en sodio al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Salsa de pescado al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta blanca al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta tailandesa seca al gusto<\/li>\n<li>(Todo esto es al gusto, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edas echar salsa o pasta Sriracha, o las salsas de la foto son s\u00f3lo cosas que ella tiene a mano para echar a sus sopas y ver qu\u00e9 sabe bien)<a href=\"https:\/\/healthythairecipes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/20151115_233007.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10367\" src=\"https:\/\/healthythairecipes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/20151115_233007.jpg\" alt=\"Ingredientes del Wonton\"><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Direcciones:<\/h2>\n<h4>Haciendo las alb\u00f3ndigas:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>  Poner la pimienta negra, la sal y el almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz en el pollo y mezclarlos bien.<\/li>\n<li>Poner el pollo en los envoltorios de won-ton y envolver el pollo usando huevo crudo como pegamento.
