Eso es lo que significa la almohadilla.  <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes: ( hemos modificado ligeramente los ingredientes de la caja para que sea un poco m\u00e1s saludable).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 paquete Pad Thai de Annie Chun, fideos de arroz 100% integrales. (Te prometo que no me han pagado por escribir su marca pero si lo compras a trav\u00e9s de mi portal de amazon me llevar\u00e9 un 10% y lo devolver\u00e9 a esta web. :))<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo picados<\/li>\n<li>4 chalotas, cortadas en rodajas finas<\/li>\n<li>8-10 rodajas medianas frescas de 8 oz. pollo o en dados<\/li>\n<li>4 claras de huevo (recuerda que 1 yema tiene el 106% de tu CDR de colesterol y si eres como yo te horroriza morir de un ataque al coraz\u00f3n o de un derrame cerebral)<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de brotes de soja frescos<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Para la salsa:\n<ul>\n<li>4 cucharadas. zumo de lima<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas. salsa de pescado<\/li>\n<li>1,5 cucharadas. stevia, usamos Truvia para hornear<\/li>\n<li>Revuelva todos los ingredientes en un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o hasta que la stevia se disuelva completamente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Direcciones:<\/p>\n<p>1. En primer lugar, querr\u00e1 cocer los fideos poniendo a hervir de cuatro a cinco cuartos de agua, a\u00f1ada los fideos y d\u00e9jelos hervir durante 25 minutos y luego esc\u00farralos y enju\u00e1guelos con agua fr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>2. Calentar el wok o la sart\u00e9n a fuego alto.<\/p>\n<p>3. A\u00f1adir 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, el ajo, las chalotas y el pollo. Cocinar hasta que el pollo est\u00e9 cocido, reservar.<\/p>\n<p>4. A\u00f1adir las 2 cucharadas restantes. aceite y 4 claras de huevo y luego revolver. Reduzca el fuego a bajo; a\u00f1ada la salsa y los fideos.<\/p>\n<p>5. Remover hasta que est\u00e9 bien mezclado. A\u00f1ade las prote\u00ednas y los brotes de soja. Revuelve bien.<\/p>\n<p>6.
