La t\u00edpica sopa de arroz tailandesa que he tomado siempre utiliza arroz blanco, que es un carbohidrato simple, y carne de cerdo. As\u00ed que estoy pensando en c\u00f3mo puedo hacer mi comida reconfortante de una manera m\u00e1s saludable, y se me ha ocurrido la idea de usar arroz integral y pollo magro en su lugar.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes :<\/h3>\n\n<ul><li>3 tazas de arroz integral cocido<\/li><li>13 onzas de pollo magro molido, yo mismo he picado el pollo s\u00f3lo para ahorrar unos cuantos d\u00f3lares.<\/li><li>2 tazas de cebolla amarilla picada<\/li><li>1 cucharada de ajo picado<\/li><li>8 tazas de agua<\/li><li>4 cucharadas de salsa de soja<\/li><li>3 cucharadas de salsa de pescado<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li><\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instrucci\u00f3n :<\/h3>\n\n<ul><li>Caliente el aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n, luego a\u00f1ada el ajo picado y fr\u00edalo hasta que el ajo adquiera un color dorado, a\u00f1ada la cebolla picada y coc\u00ednela hasta que est\u00e9 transl\u00facida, a\u00f1ada el pollo magro molido, 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja, 1 cucharada de salsa de pescado y cocine hasta que el pollo se vuelva blanco<\/li><li>Vierte 4 tazas de agua en una olla a fuego medio-alto hasta que hierva, a\u00f1ade el arroz integral cocido, y hi\u00e9rvelo unos 10 - 13 minutos (revu\u00e9lvelo de vez en cuando, de lo contrario el arroz en el fondo de la olla podr\u00eda quemarse), a\u00f1ade otras 4 tazas de agua espera hasta que hierva, a\u00f1ade el pollo molido cocido en una olla sigue con 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja y 2 cucharadas de salsa de pescado, coc\u00ednalo unos 5 minutos, y est\u00e1 listo para servir<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>Mi receta de sopa saludable de pollo tailand\u00e9s y arroz integral puede hacer 6 porciones, y cada porci\u00f3n tiene 253 calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Espero que disfruten de la receta, y por favor h\u00e1ganme saber si les gusta o no mi receta.
