  • ½ lb. ground chicken
  • 4 corn on the cobs
  • 10 stalks of cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • Canola oil for fry the patties
  1. In a mixing bowl, add ground chicken, corn, crushed cilantro stalks, crush garlic, egg, soy sauce, black pepper, and corn starch in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients until they become smooth.
  3. Heat an oil in a frying pan over medium-high. Make patties out of the mixture and drop them into the hot oil.
  4. Fry the patties for couple minutes on each side. Blot the oil out of the patties with paper towels. Serve the chicken corn patties with sweet Thai chili.
