Hearty healthy Napa cabbage with Shiitake mushrooms soup. Quick, easy, and tasty with only 9 ingredients.

  • ½ lb. lean ground pork
  • 1 lb. Napa cabbage
  • 6 oz. fresh Shiitake mushrooms, about 13-14 mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 small bundles of glass noodles, about 2.60 oz.
  • ½ tbsp Spike original flavor seasoning
  • 2 tbsp low soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 7 cups of water
  • pinch of black pepper
  1. Soak glass noodles in a bowl of water for 5 minutes and cut the noodles half after they're soft.
  2. Wash and cut the carrot into the wheel shape and cut the Napa cabbage.
  3. Wash the Shiitake mushrooms and cut the stems out.
  4. Heat the water in a pot.
  5. Seasoning the ground pork with a pinch of Spike and black pepper. Mix them together and roll the ground pork into the ball shape.
  6. Throw the meatballs in the boiling water, after the meatballs turn into white opaque color, then add the carrots into the pot.
  7. Let the carrots cook for a few minutes and add Napa cabbage, Shiitake mushrooms, and glass noodles.
  8. Let everything cooks for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the stove. Serve with some green onion sliced if you want to.
  9. Enjoy while it's still hot.
